Overall the doll is attractive and more or less as advertised.
i Received all of the items that were supposed to come with it.
and the doll was not damaged in transport, and arrived alot faster than i expected it.
an actual issue i noticed is that when in use there is a weird bubble in the belly button that bulges out. i suspect the cavity was too close to the belly button area.
some thoughts – skeleton is wire and can be very hard to bend without proper leverage or musculature. i found that i had to be in either a standing or sitting position with both arms free to manipulate the doll positions. it mostly means that it is difficult to change doll positioning on the fly.

The Lila doll i recieved is Quite lovely.
She is mostly identical to pics.
Overall she is functional in the listed ways.
One minor issue.
I believe the vaginal canal was too close to the belly button as upon first use a plastic like bubble bulged there.
That bubble eventually ruptured.
It caused any outward damage to the doll, its only noticeable due ti fluid leakage out of the belly button during qnd aftwr usage.
