Cancellation Policy

You can request to cancel your order after payment. The cancellation fees are as follows:

• Within 24 hours (before production starts): A 5% cancellation fee will be applied.
• After 24 hours (once production has started): A 25% cancellation fee will be applied.
• After 3 days (if production is completed): A 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
• After the item is shipped: Cancellations are not possible.

Return & Refund Policy

As all of our sex dolls are custom-made, we are unable to resell them. Therefore, we do not accept returns. We kindly ask for your understanding. However, we do offer refunds under specific conditions. Please see the following guidelines:

• Wrong doll received: We will provide a full refund or send a replacement doll.

• Slight damage during shipping: We will provide a repair kit and a partial refund.
